f fundamental importance in the rogerian paradigm is the impact of the quality of the relationship on the effectiveness of an interaction, especially if it involves a learning or change.
The goal of our training model is the creation of a "Learning Community" which encourages full participation of the student at the cognitive and emotional level, and focuses on maximizing personal and professional growth.
The core of the training program is composed of several activities, which constitute the basis of the training model:
- definition of the learning contract
- creation of the learning community
- analysis of the system and context
- analysis of the motivations and training needs
- facilitation of the learning process through group experience
- formation of support groups
- evaluation and self-evaluation
- realization of a program of continuing education
In order to provide high quality training courses and reach our primary objective - developing the student’s capacity to handle their professional role in an increasingly effective way - we have given particular importance to the professional
qualifications of the professors and trainers. The intercultural dimension of the training model is underlined by the presence of several foreign professors and trainers.
