he Institute offers two-year continuing education courses on interpersonal relations geared to teachers and to all those who operate or plan to operate in the helping professions. These courses are intended for those who wish to increase their professional effectiveness through their own personal growth and through the acquisition of specific skills as facilitators of growth, learning and interpersonal relationships.

Although they include theory, our two-year courses on the Person Centered Approach privilege learning though practical experience, congruent with the training modalities which characterize this approach. The methodology we use gives the participants the opportunity to acquire through their own personal growth, the necessary skills for a more authentic relationship with colleagues and clients and improve their capacity for team work. With this aim the course places emphasis on personal experience and group work, and is based on active learning, giving the participants the opportunity to put into practice the newly acquired concepts and skills.

he Institute offers brief continuing education courses on
interpersonal skills addressed to teachers, school principals and various school personnel (Effective teachers), to parents (Effective Parents) and to adolescents (Effective Adolescents)following an integrated training project which aims to bring out in a coordinated manner the personal and relational skills of the course participants.

The courses are recognized by the Ministry of Public Education (Ministero della Istruzione Pubblica) as continuing education courses for teachers.
